This is a million electronic R & D team based on the lithium battery management system many years development, application of advanced technology experience and depth control, bold predictions of future technology, system platform management developed a new battery, applicable to the full range of lithium ion battery electric vehicles. The system has the advantages of high precision voltage detection, current detection, temperature detection (compatible with NTC and digital temperature sensor), SOC estimation, SOH estimation, estimation of energy function; have the active passive integrated balance management function, and realize the balancedfailure diagnosis function; supports 5 Hardware awaken and CAN bus remotewake-up function; diagnosis support the voltage sampling line reverse connection, open; support hardware self-test function perfect; support 24 hours of battery monitoring function; with degree of protection IP67;
Product Features
1. Compatibility: The The platform covering the whole range of lithium ion batteries for electric vehicles, including EV (Electric Vehicle), BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle), EREV (Extended-Range Electric Vehicles), PHEV (Plug-in hybrid electric vehicle) and HEV (Hybrid electric vehicle), and covering commercial vehicles, passenger cars, bus and special vehicles, and compatible with lithium manganate battery, ternary lithium battery, lithium iron phosphate battery and lithium titanate battery.
2. Automotive grade: Product software, hardware, structural design in accordance with the automotive standard design.
3. High safety: The product has been specially designed and tested, including in the aspects of system function self test, nomally work under high and low voltage, protection grade, redundancy backup and anti-abuse.
4. High integration: Using large-scale integrated circuits, and integrated system design.
5. Wide scalability: The product adopts a distributed or centralized architecture, and the detection unit can support up to 30 at most, and supports 1-300 series batteries in series.
