The system has high precision voltage detection, current detection, temperature detection, SOC estimation, SOH estimation, energy estimation function; have active passive integrated balance management function, and realize the balanced failure diagnosis function;diagnosis function support voltage sampling line reverse connection, open; support hardware self-test function perfect support for 24 hours; battery monitoring function.

With the development of rail transportation technology and battery technology, the battery is used as a power system or energy storage system in the field of rail transportation, and has made great progress. RT02 platform is developed as a track dedicated platform.
The battery management system (BMS) adopts distributed structure, and the BCU (battery control unit) is as the system assembly to control and management of the core unit, and is responsible for the real-time processing of data from the battery measurement unit, and matching hardware to signal acquisition, analysis and processing, and manage the intranet CAN-bus network. At the same time, the control unit is responsible for controlling the data of exchange and process of TCU, IDU and Ground charger. The BMU (battery measurement unit) is mainly responsible for collectiong single cell voltage data and collecting the battery box temperature data.

Battery quality control for after-sale
All of E-POW battery cells in a pack are with very high consistency.In a pack, each cell has its ownsole electronic code(ID number) for quality control after-sale. Assume one cell in a pack is damaged in any reason after several years later, we could provide a exactly same cell to the client to replace this damaged one(same voltage, capacity, impedance,etc.), in order to make sure all of the cells in this pack with very high consistency.
